Candidate Screening & Trade Verification

Every rejected candidate at interview costs you time; every rejected worker after arrival costs you a visa. Our screening is built to be right the first time: trade verification, experience checks and structured shortlisting before any CV reaches your desk.

What you get

How this service works for you.

01

Trade testing

Practical verification of the candidate's actual trade skill — welders weld, masons build — before shortlisting.

02

Experience validation

Work history and previous Gulf experience checked against the job order requirements.

03

Structured shortlists

You interview a tight, pre-qualified list — on-site in the source country, remotely by video, or delegate the pick to us.

The model

You sponsor and employ. We handle the rest.

Like every Gulf Star service, this runs on our mediation model: we source, screen and coordinate; the client sponsors the visa and employs the worker directly. One accountable partner, no grey areas.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does Gulf Star screen candidates?

Candidates are screened through practical trade tests, experience and document verification, and structured shortlisting against your job order. Only candidates who pass reach your interview stage.

Can we interview candidates ourselves?

Yes. Clients can interview in person in the source country, remotely by CV and video interview, or delegate the final selection to our team entirely. Most bulk orders use video shortlisting.

What does right-first-time screening save us?

Fewer interview rejects saves your managers' time; fewer post-arrival failures saves visa costs and project delays. Screening quality is the single biggest driver of placement economics.
